Огляд
The Master’s degree in Business Strategy and Management is designed to provide students with an advanced-level preparation aimed at solving the various managerial and advisory issues that characterise the business environment. Another objective is the development of entrepreneurial attitudes, with reference to innovation and the internationalisation process of SMEs.
It is therefore proposed to train professional figures capable of covering management roles in companies that operate at a national level and intend to expand into international markets, with particular attention to corporate governance, financial management, accounting and budgeting, marketing, quality and environment, management control and business consulting, also with regard to the sustainability and environmental impact of production activities. To this end, the course is particularly focused on the disciplines of the economic-business area and provides for the acquisition of in-depth knowledge in the economic, financial, mathematical-statistical, commodities and legal fields, as well as the mastery of the methodologies and skills necessary to hold positions of responsibility in the administration and governance of companies and to carry out the liberal professions in the economic-business area.
Graduates of the Master’s Degree Course in Business Strategy and Management must possess in-depth knowledge in the fields of economics-business, mathematics-statistics and law, obtained through the combination of disciplines and learning methods and the acquisition of skills that
enable them to address business issues from the integrated perspective of business management and change planning and management; acquire the in-depth knowledge mentioned above also through the use of the logic and techniques of quantitative formalisation and of the international and intercultural perspective; acquire the methodologies, knowledge and skills necessary to hold positions of responsibility in the administration and governance of companies, as well as to carry out the liberal professions in the economic-business area.
