High school diploma issued after at least 12 years of documented studies. If the country where the qualification has been obtained requires a test for the academic suitability, you must also present the successful examination (E.g. YKS in Turkey, Selectividad in Spain, Prova de Aferiçao o Prova Geral de Acesso ao Ensino Superior in Portugal, etc.). Requisiti linguistici

italiano Non-eu students residing abroad who would like to enroll in a study course completely taught in Italian, have to prove their knowledge of the language through an Italian language test. The test will be organized by the CLA (University Language Centre), only after pre-enrollment on the Universitaly portal. For further information, please refer to the following page The following categories are excluded from this obligation: 1. students who intend to enroll in degree courses in English; 2. students in possession of an Italian language certification of level B2 or higher (such as CILS, CELI, Roma3 or PLIDA).

Altri requisiti	Candidates in possession of a high school diploma or another qualification obtained abroad deemed suitable may be admitted to the Degree Course in Cardiocirculatory hysiopathology Techniques and Cardiovascular Perfusion. Access to the Degree Course is limited in number according to Law 2 August 1999 n. 264 and requires an admission exam consisting of a multiple-choice test.

Panoramica

The training path is structured as follows:
The first year is aimed at providing basic biomedical and hygienic-preventive knowledge, the
foundations of the professional discipline as requirements to face the first internship experience aimed at orienting the student to the professional fields of reference and the acquisition of basic skills.
The second year is aimed at deepening knowledge of interventional cardiology, vascular diagnostics, pneumology, thoracic surgery, pediatric and adult cardiac surgery; the acquisition of professional skills related to the execution of echocardiographic examinations, tests for the evaluation of cardiorespiratory function and the conduction of extracorporeal circulation in adults and children. More internship experiences are planned in contexts in which the student can experiment with the knowledge and techniques learned.
The third year is aimed at specialized in-depth study but also at the acquisition of nowledge and methodologies related to professional practice, the ability to work in teams and in complex work contexts.

Graduates in Cardiocirculatory Physiopathology and Vascular Perfusion Techniques can find employment both as employees and freelancers in hospital and university services and units or private structures in the cardiac surgery field in the management of extracorporeal circulation in the oncology field for district antiblastic treatment, in the cardiology field for the technical execution of the echocardiographic examination, in hemodynamic and cardiac catheterization centers, in the territorial field for instrumental diagnostics in outpatient clinics and/or with the aid of telemedicine in production industries and sales agencies operating in the sector, in university and extra-university research laboratories in the
biomedical sector.
