Aperçu
The course is designed for legal professionals and provides comprehensive training in the fundamentals and all aspects of positive law and offers in-depth knowledge of the legal system’s core areas, their structure, and interconnections, along with the technical and cultural tools essential for legal practice. The integration of economic subjects, closely linked to legal understanding, further enhances graduates’ expertise, equipping them with the skills needed for business consulting and management.Teaching combines traditional lectures with experiential learning methods such as legal clinics, workshops, and internships. These approaches develop problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and professional interaction, ensuring early engagement with the legal and business sectors.

Opportunités de carrière
Graduates, in addition to pursuing legal professions and the judiciary, can work in various social, economic, and political fields. Career opportunities include roles in institutions, public administration, private enterprises, trade unions, and international organizations. Upon passing the required examinations, they may qualify for positions as State Attorney, enter the diplomatic service, or hold high-level roles in public administration, private sectors, and international organizations, including the European Union. They may also pursue teaching careers in secondary education (law and economics) after obtaining the necessary certification. Graduates specialize in legal, administrative, and organizational functions. After completing the required internship, they can qualify as lawyers, particularly in corporate legal consulting. They are also eligible to compete for public positions in the judiciary and notarial professions, as well as legal roles within enterprises, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
