Overview
The Degree Course lasts two years, each of which aims to achieve specific training objectives:
1st year aimed at providing the conceptual and methodological models of the 4 areas of expertise of the master’s graduate:
Research area – methods of medical and social statistics, critical analysis of literature, research methodology and evidence-based healthcare practice.
Disciplinary area theory and philosophy of Nursing and Obstetric Sciences and bioethical and anthropological insights.
Management area principles and methods of economics and healthcare planning, insights into administrative and labor law.
Training area theoretical models of social psychology, group psychology, adult learning theories and tutorial methodologies.
An internship experience is planned, in accredited services chosen by the student, aimed at building a project work for the improvement of a professional problem relevant to practice.
2nd year aimed at applying and contextualizing the theoretical models and methodologies learned in the 4 areas of expertise of the master’s graduate and with specific reference to future work contexts.
A 1-month internship experience is planned in accredited services chosen by the student (Nursing and Midwifery Directorates, Training Services, Research Centers, Quality Offices, Organizational Consulting Companies in Healthcare).
