Non-eu students residing abroad who would like to enroll in a study course completely taught in Italian, have to prove their knowledge of the language through an Italian language test.
The test will be organized by the CLA (University Language Centre), only after pre-enrollment on the Universitaly portal.

The following categories are excluded from this obligation:
1. students who intend to enroll in degree courses in English;
2. students in possession of an Italian language certification of level B2 or higher (such as CILS, CELI, Roma3 or PLIDA).

Knowledge of the English language, at least equal to B1 level (Council Europe Level or equivalent).

Admission to the Master’s Degree Course in Plant Medicine requires possession of a degree or a university diploma lasting at least three years, or another qualification obtained abroad and recognized as equivalent. Graduates in Agricultural Science and in Forestry Science have direct access to the personal preparation check. Knowledge of a European Union language at least B1 level is required. Graduates of other Courses can access the test after it has been ascertained by the Didactic Committee the possession of curricular requirements as follows:
1) at least 20 CFU/ECTS acquired in the disciplines of plant production and, in particular, in at least three of the following scientific disciplinary sectors: Agronomy and field crops, arboriculture and tree crops, Vegetable and Floriculture crops, Agricultural genetics;
2) at least 15 CFU/ECTS acquired in the economic-management and agricultural engineering disciplines and, in particular, in at least two of the following scientific disciplinary sectors: Rural economy and valuation, Agricultural mechanics, Rural buildings and agro-forestry territory;
3) at least 12 CFU/ECTS acquired in the disciplines of defense and, in particular, in the following scientific disciplinary sectors: General and applied entomology, Plant pathology;
4) at least 12 CFU/ECTS acquired in the disciplines of chemistry and biochemistry and, in particular, in the following scientific disciplinary sectors: Agricultural chemistry, Agricultural microbiology.
Enrollment in the Master’s Degree Course in in Plant Medicine, in any case, is subject to both knowledge of the English language and to the successful verification of the personal preparation of all candidates, regardless of the degree qualification already obtained. The test will be considered positive for candidates with a final grade of the three-year degree at least equal to 90/110, in which case no further tests or interviews are foreseen.
