Overview
This is a two-year course, with unrestricted admission and without compulsory attendance. The course aims to provide the scientific knowledge and technical skills required to implement safety management systems in animal-based food supply chains, as well as training in the fields of food marketing, nutraceuticals, nutrigenomics and positive health effects.
