Other requirements | Admission requires a three-year bachelor’s degree obtained in accordance with Ministerial Decree 270/2004 in one of the following fields: Legal Sciences (L-14); Law (LMG/01); Economics and Business Management (L-18); Economic Sciences (L-33); Administration and Organization Sciences (L-16); Political Science and International Relations (L-36); Social Work (L-39). For students from foreign degree programs, an equivalent qualification recognized as corresponding to the above-mentioned degrees is required. Students holding degrees from other fields may be admitted to the master’s program provided they have earned at least 30 ECTS in legal disciplines (IUS), including a minimum of 6 ECTS in IUS/01 and at least 6 ECTS in IUS/08, IUS/09, or IUS/10. Applicants must also demonstrate basic proficiency in English, certified by the completion of university courses (including pass/fail assessments), external language certifications, or equivalent examinations at a B1 level or higher. |

Overview

A legal expert in sustainable development law meets this demand. The course trains legal professionals capable of providing specialized consultancy to public and private entities at national and international levels. The curriculum provides in-depth legal knowledge alongside expertise in public and sector-specific economics, enabling graduates to develop legal solutions for sustainability-related issues.
